My name is Kai-Lung, Ha, and I am a Tai Chi teacher. I've finished my Master degree in ShangHai University of Sports, Majoring in Chinese Martial Arts. I would like to introduce you my Tai Chi workshop I have been working with other schools/organizations. Tai Chi is one of the traditional Chinese martial arts. It is an unusual form of martial arts whereby we believe in building strength - mental and physical from within, softness is stronger than hardness, moving in a curve is better than a straight line, yielding is more efficient than confronting. The workshop's idea is to let students understand how Tai Chi works as a style of martial art, and how it is related to our daily life by practicing the movement and playing games about Tai Chi. For those who are interested in learning more about TaiChi, long/short term TaiChi courses are available. Also, there are international TaiChi competitions and events holding in Hong Kong and other countries that I organize teams to go regularly.
