Tai Chi Chuan
Focus on correct structure & alignment bridgning and de-coding the ideals from for example the Tai Chi Chuan Classics.

The focus will be on Tui Shou (drills) giving each and eveyone direct feedback on what you are doing.The exact same principles though, are true in Nei Kung, Forms and Applications.
Training in solid basics for progression.
Beginner to advanced are all welcome. We will divide the group into sub-groups where applicable.
Lunch can be bought at the Motionscentrum or in nearby restaurants, alternatively bring your own chow.
