In this energetic workshop we will feel the five elements. How can you use them as a style independent system. You can experience what you are good at and where you could still develop.
We approach the elements from form and push hands. Even if you are not at all interested in the latter, the workshop is fine to follow. A non-competitive approach in which self-examination is central. You don't win when you win. You only really win if the other person is happy with his or her loss. Lose or win; it always gives you something. That is the essence of 5 elements pushing hands.
After following the workshop you will have a completely different picture of your possibilities, but also of the depth of the form that you have been practicing (for years).
This workshop is offered as the first in a series of three in-depth workshops (June 12, November 27 and December 11), but it stands alone and can be followed separately.

Pim van den Broek

Pim van den Broek is sinds 1999 bezig met Tai Chi Chuan, en heeft daarvoor Kempo, Tae Kwon Do en Pencak Silat beoefend. Hij traint en heeft getraind bij diverse leraren in binnen- en buitenland ( o.a. Kai Kherliang in Chiang Mai-Thailand, Xiao Bin in Dali-China, Rob en Erich Völke en Ad Lakerveld in Nederland en Wilhelm Mertens uit Duitsland en is in het verleden lange tijd in Azië verbleven voor verdere verdieping in het tai chi chuan, badong wu chuan, qigong, reiki en yoga en volgt workshops in binnen- en buitenland op dit gebied.
