Our push hands practice group meets Sundays from 7:00am to 10:00 am although we have stayed as late as 12:00 pm if people come late. We start at 7:00 am but people show up when they can and leave when they have to. Our focus is the study and practice of Push Hands, where we practice the two-person Tai Chi interaction. All levels of experience and styles are welcome. This is not a formal class so there is no instruction only the free exchange of ideas. The location is in Balboa Park, on the old shuffle board courts, near the corner of Sixth Ave and Quince Dr, San Diego, CA.
